learning to Sail
I wanted to let people know that if they would like to learn the basics of sailing and some of terminoligy that is associated witpleash sailing that they visit the following web site. http://www.sailingcourse.com/. Please take a moment to work through the classes. One class that I reccomend is the " Rules of the Road" It is just good to know. If you have any comments please let me know.

Wow, Colin thanks for posting this. I finally had a chance to go through all of it and it's great. The videos are especially good. I'd recommend everyone look at this site before the trip.
I failed a test. Do I still get to come on the trip? Am I allowed on deck, or must I clean pots and pans for Derek?
Seriously, though - I was surprised how little I knew about right of way.
Ha! Yea, some of that shit is hard. All the answers are in the rest of the site so we gotta study up!
If you start from the very beginning and read all of the lessions it is awsome the amount of Knowledge that you can gain. I also like tha Calculators to deterine Hull speed, Sail power, and Capsising Calc.
