Listen up! This is what you're responsible for:
- Damon is responsible for: purchasing and serving all meals on Thursday, 5/25 and breakfast on 5/26. Lodging and food at Tangier Island. Buying all bread for the trip.*** Providing two (2) liters of rum & 1.75 liter bottle of Jim Beam whiskey, and his choice of beer (cans only!).
- Greg is responsible for: Buying us dinner at Stoney's on Wednesday, 5/24 (and perhaps splitting Solomons dinner on 5/29 - TBD). Helping serve meals. Whatever liquor and beer he wants to bring (beer: can's only!). Greg, we'll work out the price later.
- Jason is responsible for: Purchasing & serving lunch on 5/26 and lunch & dinner on Saturday, 5/27, and breakfast on Sunday, 5/28. Providing 1.75 liter bottle of gin - his choice, plus whatever beer he wants to bring (cans only!). Plus, all eggs***
- Colin is responsible for: Purchasing and serving lunch and dinner on Sunday, 5/28, and breakfast and lunch on Monday, 5/29. Providing 1.75 liter bottle of Jameson's, plus whatever beer he wants to bring (cans only!). Plus, all condiments (mustard & ketchup), cold cuts and coffee.***
******NOTE #2: At the end of the trip, we'll estimate how much we each spent of food, and even it all up if someone paid way too much or way too little.

Wednesday, 5/24: Dinner at Stoney's seafood restaurant, on Greg.
Thursday, 5/25:
Breakfast (Damon): bacon & eggs w/ toast, coffee & OJ
Lunch (Damon): Ham & cheese sandwiches w/ chips & pickle
Dinner (Damon): Pasta Puttanesca w/ French bread
Friday, 5/26:
Breakfast (Damon): Cheese omelets
Lunch (Jason): Cold cuts & bread
Dinner (@ Tangier!)
Saturday, 5/27:
Breakfast (@Tangier!)
Lunch (Jason): Salami and provolone sandwiches, Chips and pickle
Dinner (Jason): Lasanga
Sunday, 5/28:
Breakfast (Jason): Sausage patties and scrambled eggs, toast, coffee and OJ
Lunch (Colin): Smoked Oysters, Salmon and Tuna, Crakers, Cheese, Peperoni, Bread
Dinner (Colin): Venison Steaks on the grill, Corn on the Cob, Cous Cous
Monday, 5/29:
Breakfast (Colin): OJ, Coffee, Hard Tack, Salt Pork
Lunch (Colin): Whatever's left over.
Dinner (Somewhere in Solomons? - TBD)

Nice job organizing, Damon
Things that will stay in ice box for a few days (Colin's Venison, Lasagna, Severed Heads of Tangier Virgins) should be double ziplock bagged. Remember last year everything below egg level was saturated and ruined.
I altered my menu since oysters are not in season. See below.
