It looks more and more like Derek's restaurant will open on time and he won't be able to go. If he cannot, we'll have to figure out some kind of rotation for cooking, and of course, come up with a menu.
Below is a calendar to (somewhat) evenly disperse cooking duties. Each person will be responsible for one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner. Since Greg is still uncertain whether he can go, I haven't really put him into it, but if he ends up going, we'll create some kind of role for him (assistant? beer bitch? bus boy?).

So think of one, easy dinner/lunch/breakfast that you're good at, and write your 3-meal plan in the comment section. When everyone has added their contribution, I'll post the whole menu on this blog so we'll know what to shop for.
Here's Damon's:
Dinner (5/24): Pasta Puttanesca w/ French bread
Breakfast (5/26): bacon & eggs w/ toast, coffee & OJ
Lunch (5/25): Ham & cheese sandwiches w/ chips & pickle
PS: We should plan to shop for the food the weekend of May 20th & 21st. I think we can split the shopping between Costco (bulk items, steak, etc) and Safeway (smaller items)
Your thoughts? Suggestions?

Hey Seamen,
I will most likely being going! I want to go but I'm moving to Philadelphia the first week in June. I still haven't found a place, so if any of you know anyone there that needs me to live in their house, now's the time to let me know.

P.S. In other news I became a vegetarian four months ago--so no weevils in my bread please. It's heart smart!!
Just don't piss on me and I will eat anything.
Good to hear you are coming, Greg. Are you really a vegetarian?
Colin - I won't piss on you again.
